Recycled PE Granule

The third type is a composite polyethylene granule and is obtained only in black color. It is used for the manufacture of objects by extrusion of sheets, geomembranes, can act as a basis for creating compositions for any purpose. The presence of thermo-stabilizing properties allows the material to be used in the form of an additive in the processing of polymers, which differ in their melting points.

The peculiarities of such a granule include the presence of a number of modifiers that stabilize and improve properties. The granule is resistant to thermo-oxidative, photo-oxidative aging during processing and use. It is necessary to process the pellet after preliminary drying at temperatures up to 90 degrees in a special bin or by extrusion. The material is used to create polyethylene sheets, geomembranes, pipes and various composites.
