DPO “Plastic”, one of the largest processors of polymer materials in Russia, commissioned a new JSW J-280ADS injection molding machine, the company said.

The fully automatic injection molding machine J-AD series of the fourth generation (manufacturer of “JSW Japanese Casting Machines”) has a clamping force of 280TN, JSW J-280ADS thermoplastic provides increased injection speed, improved precision and casting stability with the best in the industry automatic injection molding machine servo drives.

The servo motor consumes energy only during operation and does not consume almost anything during downtime. The electric machine of this series will reduce the cost of electricity by an average of 4.8 times compared with hydraulic analogs.

The report notes that the JSW is much more reliable and cheaper to operate than hydraulic machines. According to the company’s presentation of the reliability of the TPA, statistics -1 breakdown for 37 years of operation.

The second thermoplastic automatic machine of this model is planned for launch in September 2017.

Also this year, an additional line equipped with KS1300 / 13250 injection molding machine was put into operation – a hydraulic injection molding machine with a clamping force of 1300t equipped with a robot to remove manufactured products. The injection volume is 10.1 kg, and TPA VT is a hydraulic injection molding machine with a clamping force of 450 tons. The injection volume is 1,134 kg.
