Russia fully suspend the transit through its territory of goods vehicles registered in Ukraine, starting from 12:00 MSK 16 February 2016, the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation said Tuesday.

The communication department notes that this decision was made in connection with the continuation of the Russian block movement of freight vehicles on the territory of Ukraine.

Delivery of goods to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the presidential decree from 1 January 2006 number 1 will continue, but the carriers of other countries.

To date, Transport Supervision authorities in the Russian Federation suspended the movement of 324 Ukrainian trucks. Action response will continue until the settlement of the situation connected with Russian trucks blocking the Ukrainian side.

“As of 12:00 on February 16, 2016 the movement of Russian trucks on the territory of Ukraine is still difficult, it is impossible to enter the territory of Ukraine on the part of European countries blocking Russian trucks on the territory of Ukraine continues from 11 February.”, – The report said the Russian authorities .
