POLYPLASTIC Group, Russia’s largest manufacturer of plastic pipes and engineering plastics, in August, will open a new plant for production of polyethylene (PE) pipe in the Khabarovsk Territory, Russian media reported.

Thus, the new company will start production in the Khabarovsk Territory on the court “Rakitnoe” (the area of ​​advanced development TOSER).

The construction of this plant comes from February 2016. The platform on which the company holds more than 3 thousand sq. M. m and previously belonged to “Samstroyu”.

Company first put into operation to establish a line of extrusion of pressure pipes made of polyethylene (D up to 800 mm), including modifications PROTECT in the protective layer for the safety tube assembly and in transportation.

And in October, will start production line of non-pressure pipes spiralnovityh SPIROLAYN (D up to 2400 mm). Tubes of this type are used in the region for modernization and construction of large sewers.

On the prospect of land is planned to create PE wells and weldments custom type.

The annual capacity of the new plant is more than 15 thousand. Tons PE pipes and fittings, which fully covers the needs of the district in polymer products for water supply, exhaust, sewage, gas distribution.

For the production of polyethylene pipe company will use high-quality pipe grade PE Korean and Thai.

Previously, it was noted that in early 2015 POLYPLASTIC Group has commissioned a unique line in Kazakhstan for production of PE pipes in Stepnogorsk Pipe Plant “Arystan”.
