Equipment for the plant “Aksalyut” made in Germany.
In Kazan, the company began production of “Aksalyut”, producing a cross-linked polyethylene foam – a new word to the PE foam insulation market (PPE). Factory The presentation took place today during the meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding” held by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
“Stitching” – a method of forming a stable internal connections at the molecular level. The result is a material with a relatively small, closed-cell, which has an excellent resistance to corrosion. Crosslinked polyethylene foam is used as heat, steam, sound, vibration insulation or cushioning material in many areas: construction, engineering, light industry, packaging industry and other industries.
For plant “Aksalyut” used a unique technology, equipment is individually manufactured by German companies Krauss Maffei and Olbrich.
The competitive factor is the proximity to the main polyethylene producer in Russia – “Kazanorgsintez” ( “Aksalyut” is at the Gorky Highway, on the edge of the city). This is the largest production of such products in Russia.
“The new facility sets a new vector in the further processing of polymers in Tatarstan”, – said the director of “Aksalyuta” Ismagilov Nail.
