Cycles and processing features

Technologically, the manufacture, subsequent use of polyethylene today is based on two areas. The technology is the primary production of LDPE pellets from natural raw materials through a complex process. The production capacities of the current enterprises producing polymers make it possible to obtain the necessary raw materials. The obtained LDPE is used in the manufacture and manufacture of a wide variety of products, including packaging. Characteristics, quality of products obtained from the new material meet the necessary technical requirements and standards. Despite the obvious identity of the PDV and the secondary material, there is a significant difference between the primary and secondary granules.

One of the main features of polyethylene is the possibility of its secondary, multiple processing. The technologies used for the processing and recycling of industrial waste, which are used today, can transform secondary raw materials into an entirely new material used for subsequent use in production. Secondary LDPE has the same properties and technical characteristics as a material made from primary granules possesses. Therefore, many manufacturers are trying to use technologies involving the processing of polyethylene waste.

A significant difference between the primary and secondary granules

After processing, the obtained LDPE pellets are the main material for the further release of goods, to which high demands are made. A feature of primary polyethylene is its physical properties. The granules used to produce it have a clear structure. A polymer cell is an elastic lattice in which the nucleus, segmented neutrophils play a crucial role. In the production of LDPE from natural raw materials, in the LDPE granules it is possible to maintain a protective layer, the main quality of polyethylene. Film, many other plastic products made using primary granules are used in medicine, in industries with increased requirements for sterile frequency.

On the example of the human body, where neutrophils are an important component, due to their presence, polyethylene has high protective properties.

Unlike the primary LDPE pellet, the material obtained during processing does not have such properties. When recycling, a violation of the molecular structure of polyethylene occurs, the cell nucleus is unable to retain neutrophils. As a result of mechanical and thermal effects, polymer compounds lose their protective properties. The newly obtained polyethylene is most often used for technical needs, an ordinary plastic bag or film is no longer impervious. The technical characteristics of raw materials obtained after processing are in no way inferior to LDPE made from natural raw materials.
