CHANGES,
which are included in the resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine
1. In the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 26, 2006 N 1010 “On Approval of the Procedure for Forming Tariffs on Services for Removal of Domestic Waste” (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2006, N 30, Art. 2137; 2009, N 51 1737; 2011, N 62, Art. 2472; 2017, N 94, Art. 2858):

1) in the resolution:

in the title and the operative part of the word “household waste removal” replace the words “household waste management”;

in the introductory part, the words and figures “in accordance with Article 31 of the Law of Ukraine” On Housing and Communal Services “shall be deleted;

2) in the Order of formation of tariffs for services for removal of household waste, approved by the said resolution:

in the title and text of the Order replace the words “household waste removal” with the words “household waste management”;

in paragraph 1:

the second paragraph after the words “the rules of improvement,” to be supplemented with the words “designed in accordance with the scheme of sanitary cleaning of the settlement and”;

complete the paragraph with the following content:

“In the case of the introduction of separate collection of household waste when setting prices / tariffs for a household waste management service, the cost of operations for the management of separately collected (sorted) useful components of such waste shall not be taken into account.”;

in paragraph 2:

exclude the second paragraph;

in paragraph six, the words “in the conduct of operations” shall be replaced by the words “in the provision of behavioral services”;

the eighth and tenth paragraphs shall be reworded as follows:

“the planned period is the period of 12 months (from January 1 to December 31);

structure of tariffs – components of economically justified costs associated with the provision of services for the management of household waste, which are grouped by the articles defined in this Procedure, in accordance with the provisions (standards) of accounting, approved by the Ministry of Finance, and components of the planned profit, on the basis of which tariffs are calculated and set;

tariffs for services – the cost of providing a service for export, processing and disposal of 1 cubic meter. meters or 1 tonne (if weighing equipment is available) of household waste of appropriate quality, calculated on the basis of economically justified planned costs, planned profit; “;

complete the paragraph with the following content:

“change of tariffs – revision by the authorized body of the tariff and its structure or adjustment of tariffs;

investment program – a set of measures, approved in due course, to improve the level of reliability and ensure the effective management of household waste (export, processing, disposal), which contains the obligations of the entity in the field of household waste management of construction (reconstruction, modernization, technical re-equipment) of objects in the specified field with observance of ecological norms, with corresponding calculations and feasibility studies, as well as the indication of sources of fin answering and execution schedule;

investment component – the cost of reimbursement of investment resources involved in investment programs and their cost. “;
