This will improve environmental safety and solve the problem of import substitution. This was announced today by Deputy Prime Minister Anatoly Kalinin at the opening of a new processing line in Borisov. On the basis of the plant of plastic products, the recyclables will not only be processed, but also used in the future production. This will help reduce the price of finished products and improve the economic performance of the enterprise.

About how waste helps to work with profit, more Olga Anishchenko. Today, waste from all regions gathers in Borisov. Recyclers recycled two dozen, they say at the factory. But this is only the second line in the country, where polyethylene packaging was recycled. The launch of equipment in a solemn atmosphere is led by a government landing.

The main raw material for the new line is the secondary polymer. Simply put, the used polyethylene. Here are ready to process more than 6 thousand tons of recyclable materials annually. At the output there are now such granules, which this Borisov production will then use again.

The main supplier of raw materials is trading networks. Packing from trade comes, as they say, in the best possible way. And almost does not need to be cleaned, which means it saves money for the plant. Polyethylene from production, farmland, especially polygons is much more littered. But such waste in Borisov will turn into incomes.

Borisov Plant – and today it is the largest plastic processing company – is tied up with imported raw materials. Almost half of it is imported from abroad. The new line will help reduce dependence on external supplies and reduce the cost of the final product. Moreover, raw materials will be in abundance.

Today, the shortage of recyclable materials is a headache for many processors. Not surprisingly: in the country for recycling is only 15% of waste. And they must recycle at least 50, they note in the government. Landmark, however, not close – 2035 year. But there is a lot to be done. During this time, new large processors will appear in the country – factories in Minsk and Vitebsk, and new economic incentives for the introduction of more environmentally friendly production facilities. In the next two years, they promise to solve the problem of collecting tare – glass, plastic and even metal. With a new – collateral – system, the price of the goods is “sewed” with a deposit for packing. When the bottle is empty, the buyer will return his money. And the size of the pledge will be prescribed both in the price tag and in the check. With a guarantee: the used packaging will be sent for recycling, not the polygon.
