Injection molded thermoplastic materials are generally divided into several groups (classes). Modern industry produces a large number of types of polyolefins (PO), the most important of which are the group of polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP). Numerous types of materials are presented in groups of the styrenic plastics (PS), polyamides (PA), polyesters (polyester). For polyesters are polyethylene terephthalate (PET, PET) and polycarbonate (PC).
Polyolefins
The most famous of representatives of: low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE), linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE), polypropylene (PP), ethylene copolymers with other monomers (PP, vinyl acetate), polybutene, poly-4-methylpentene etc.

vinyl polymers
The most prominent representatives of: polyvinyl chloride (PVC, PVC), polyvinylidene chloride, copolymers of vinyl chloride with vinylidene chloride, vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, polyvinyl alcohol. Polystyrene and copolymers thereof
Polystyrene plastics are a large group of thermoplastic materials, the chemical composition of the polymer portion containing styrene monomer or the copolymerization products thereof. Polyethylene terephthalate
Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) – polyester sold under the name “polyester” in Russia and abroad – “Mylar”, “Terylene”.

Polycarbonate
Polycarbonate (PC) – a linear polyester of carbonic acid. It is very unusual because of the combination of high heat resistance, high impact strength and transparency.

Polyamides (PA)
. The polyamides (PA) – a group of plastics known as: “nylon” “nylon”, “anide” and other user agents have a high impact strength and punching, easily welded by high frequency. PA has a very high vapor permeability and low permeability to gases, so they are used in vacuum packaging. On the PA is easy to apply print.
