In the presence of several formulations with different percentage of low and high pressure polyethylene:
– Pipe composition HDPE 80% HDPE 20% (for the production of thick-walled pipes)
– Pellet-PE PE-100 (reclaimed HDPE) granulate (for production of thick-walled pipes)
– PET polyethylene LDPE 60% HDPE 40% (for the production of thin-walled pipes)
– Low pressure polyethylene (HDPE, HDPE-273,276,277). Under the production of packs 25 md, bottles, cans, pipes.
Colors are white, blue, yellow, green, red, gray, blue, purple, brown, cherry. green, black.
The volume of 30-40 tons per month.
It is possible to make a composition for your material. For example: 30% -70%, etc.
Source material: waste of pipe and blown production. Packing: bags of 30 kg.
Working on our material you will not have cracks, shells and air bubbles. When the pipe is released, it has a smooth surface.
