Article of the Law on measures in response to discriminatory or unfriendly actions of other states supplemented with a provision: “If discriminatory or unfriendly actions toward Ukraine are used by the state, recognized by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by the aggressor state or a state occupant response … can be used by decision of the Cabinet of Ministers Ukraine “.

Said additional measures that can be applied to answer the prohibition of foreign operations or the imposition of restrictions on them, the abolition of tariff privileges (preferences) on the rates of customs tariff of Ukraine by the suspension of tax exemption of import duty, the application of preferential or full import duties or cancel tariff quotas .

The law comes into force on the day following the day of its publication.

As reported, the corresponding bill was registered in the Verkhovna Rada on December 23.
