A resident of Zaporozhye region on January 9 tried in a green area near Kiev unload large dump hazardous waste.
This was reported in the Kiev region GUNP.
The police in the capital region yesterday, January 9, Fastovsky district residents called and reported that an unknown man in the woods unloaded environmentally harmful waste.
In place of the incident investigation team left the police. Law enforcement officers found that the driver of the car “DAF” with a trailer between the plantations and the field trying to illegally throw debris of unknown origin. But the people prevented him from doing so. All waste shipped back to the car trailer.
A resident of Zaporozhye region, which brought garbage from any explanations refused.

Now the car waste is under the supervision of the police, the question of imposing on his arrest.
In this incident the investigation department Fastiv police opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 st.239 (misappropriation of soil cover (surface layer) of land, if it poses a danger to life, health or the environment) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Law enforcers are trying to find out all the circumstances of the incident.
Pre-trial investigation is continuing.
