Different countries have taken measures to reduce waste. The greatest attention is paid to this in the EU. It is assumed that the disposal of waste in landfills – this is not the best option.
The following measures are more correct:
the creation of non-waste technologies;
production of reusable products;
Use repaired instead of buying new assets; product design, requires fewer raw materials;
reducing the amount of waste going to disposal. For this purpose it is necessary to produce waste sorting and recovery of waste for recycling.
In Europe, produced nearly 60% recycling of waste. An example of such processing is Sweden. In this country, to be disposed of only 4% of garbage. Most of the waste is processed in the Swedish electricity. The effectiveness of the program is that Sweden imports 80 000 tonnes of waste from other countries for the processing of more and Sweden pay money. An important factor that leads to the reduction of waste is the law of the developed countries. In particular, the EU adopted more than 20 laws regulating the creation and disposal. At the same time for proper impact on manufacturing companies use taxes. In Ukraine adopted a number of laws on waste, have environmental protection program and is considered a program for the elimination of accumulated environmental damage.
Global problems

If one end of the planet’s emissions of harmful substances have occurred, then it is possible that at the other end of the planet will be harmful to human health acid rain. Poisoned by industrial and domestic waste water flows into rivers and seas. In the future, such water can appear anywhere in the world.
