Market sources said that the business capacity of 900 ths. tons of HDPE per year does not receive ethylene due to problems at the cracker, which occurred last week.

“The company can not produce HDPE blow molding due to lack of ethylene”, – said one of the sources.

A company representative did not comment on the situation with the problems at the plant and the IPA cracker, saying only that ExxonMobil continues to fulfill all contractual obligations.

Sources also added that the company did not load w / wagons for shipment to export HDPE.
