On Wednesday, the 9th of September, the Company Neftekhim LDT stopped capacities for production of polypropylene for repairs. According to the company’s customers, preventive stop will last almost a month and a half.

Previously, the company Market report reported that on 25 December 2014 Petrochem LTD started production of powder granulation of PP. The project is valued at 5.8 billion tenge, allows the company to manufacture 47, 8 thousand tons of granulated PP per year.

The company LLC “Company Neftekhim LTD” was commissioned in 2009. The plant has two production: tert-butyl (MTBE) and polypropylene (PP). Production capacity of PP were launched in 2011 and amounted to 30 thousand tons a year, while it was absent node granulation, the polymer is produced in powder form, and limited its scope.
