We have compiled a few simple tips, which we think will help you reach the maximum prices for your waste and help to avoid claims after the sale.
1. Avoid mixing materials, follow the rule – always separate different types and grades of plastics used.
2. Provide a separate, clearly marked container for each type or grade of plastic. Use a separate, clearly marked containers for garbage and for materials that are not recyclable.
3. Avoid mixing the materials in the crushing process, or use the respective mills for each type of plastic, or by applying the rules to ensure complete disassembly of grinders or cleaning their parts after each material.
4. Avoid mixing with the filler material and no filler, despite the same basic material. Without filler materials typically cost more than filler.
5. Avoid crushing painted, decorated or covered with something, and containing any inclusion of materials with clean materials – the purer the material, the better it is.
6. fractions colored materials separately from the unstained, or at least separate the natural color and black on the other. Try not to mix the white and light colors with dark. Natural color always costs more. Divided colors may cost more mixed.
7. In drawing up the specifications of raw materials for sale, be more detailed. Describe the quantity, color, style; mention all the possible details. “1000 kg of ground black polystyrene” – cause a higher price demand, than “black polystyrene 1000kg.”
8. When loading plastic waste numbers all packing and write detailed packing list and invoice, showing the weight of each package, its number and type, as well as the gross weight, net weight and packaging. It will be for all the evidence that you have loaded.
