PE and PP prices have increased significantly in this February against the background of limited supply in the domestic market.<\/p>\n<p>Sources also reported a rise in prices for polymers in the markets in Asia. According to the sellers said that the price of Middle Eastern PP-homo February 29 was the level of USD920 per tonne, CFR.<\/p>\n<p>In early February, prices of PP-homo were on the level of USD800 per tonne, CFR.<\/p>\n<p>As reported by the MRC, the previous week Petkim increased the prices of PP at USD20 per ton, HDPE prices (HDPE) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) at USD25 per ton.<\/p>\n<p>Petkim Petrokimya Holding A.S. &#8211; Turkish Chemical Company. The controlling stake (61.32%) is the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR). The remaining shares are owned by TURCAS.
