But buyers were in no hurry to buy material at these prices.<\/p>\n<p>Buyer resistance and weak sales put pressure on offers, the value of which fell to USD1,000 per tonne, DEL GCC and East Med for December shipments.<\/p>\n<p>According to the ICIS-MRC Price Review, in Russia in the HDPE pipe market, demand for finished products has seriously decreased since mid-November.
