One solution to this problem is the use of polymer processing additives (PPA) to increase the productivity of the equipment: extruders, granulators, increase the production of polyolefin produced and improve its quality. Polymer processing additives 3M on the basis of fluoropolymers have been developed to improve the processing of polyolefin polymers, PA, PC and PVC. Adding the PPA in raw materials at the stage of granulation of the polymer helps to eliminate the main problems related technological extrusion process: defects and surface finish of products, the scales, the need for frequent equipment maintenance. The use of additives helps to facilitate the processing of polymers and to improve properties of the final product, and by reducing the risk of marriage is to increase the efficiency of production.<\/p>\n

Due to the fact that the application of the PPA gives manufacturers the opportunity to significantly increase the strength and other characteristics of plastics, it can “play” with the size and thickness of end products and details depending on the customers needs.<\/p>\n
