Specialists Pacific Oceanological Institute will conduct a study of water, soil and atmosphere, to provide data to monitor any changes in the environment during the construction and operation of the enterprise.<\/p>\n<p>The capacity of the petrochemical complex to be built in Primorye, will be 30 million tons of oil a year, the provisional value of the first and second phase of the project &#8211; 659 billion. The commissioning of the first phase of the complex is scheduled for 2020, and the second in 2022. It is expected that the effect of the implementation of the project will exceed one trillion rubles.<\/p>\n<p>It is expected that the plant will produce mono-ethylene glycol, polyethylene, polypropylene and aromatic hydrocarbons and benzene. As raw material is used oil coming through the pipeline &#8220;Eastern Siberia-Pacific ocean&#8221;. Most of the products expected to be exported to countries in the Asia-Pacific region.<br \/>\nCurrently in the process of approval of project documentation with local and Federal authorities and relevant agencies.<\/p>\n<p>JSC &#8220;Eastern petrochemical company&#8221; (COMPANY) established in 2011 for the project &#8220;NK &#8220;Rosneft&#8221; on the construction of a petrochemical complex in Primorsky Krai.<\/p>\n<p>Rosneft after the purchase of TNK-BP became the world&#8217;s largest publicly traded oil company. The company accounts for about 5% of global oil production, and its proven reserves by the international category will exceed 5 billion tons of oil equivalent.
