According to the Director of industrial policy Department of the EEC Vladimir Maltsev, after analysis the first step in the development of the internal market of the Union should be the development and adoption of a Road map (Plan) of cooperation in the sphere of expansion of the domestic market of polymer products within the Union in the medium term to 2020. You also need the allocation of a petrochemical complex in an industry of production of polymers. “This approach will allow you to concentrate on internal problems and work out solutions to industry problems,” he said.<\/p>\n

By results of the analysis also revealed that the major cost items in the cost of production of polymers are the raw materials and energy. In this regard, according to V. Maltseva, are expected to consider opportunities within the framework of cooperative projects to subsidize the cost of energy for manufacturers of polymer products.<\/p>\n

In addition, the analysis showed that the development and implementation of innovative infrastructure (Eurasian technology platforms, industrial clusters, technological parks, etc.) will allow for the transfer of technology, to conduct joint R & d and implement innovative, competitive products with improved consumer properties and characteristics.<\/p>\n

Thus, according to Vladimir Maltsev, for the development of innovative infrastructure is necessary not only to develop regulations and funding mechanisms, but also to organize the platform for sharing experience and information, to organize international congresses, forums.<\/p>\n

The results of this work showed also that increasing the number of producers of polymer products necessary to create conditions to increase the availability of industrial equipment for manufacturers (injection molding machines, extruders, etc.).<\/p>\n

A separate area of support of the domestic market of polymer products in the framework of the EAEU Treaty should be customs-tariff regulation. At the initial stage it is necessary to maintain high duties on products of high added value products, to maintain the competitive advantages of producers of polymers even with the consumption of Russian raw materials.<\/p>\n

“Overall, this integrated approach will allow by 2020 to increase the demand on the domestic market and to close a projected surplus of production of polymers and polymer products,” \u2013 said V. Maltsev.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
