The rules also prohibit the re-export and transfer within Russia such equipment of American origin for the Sakhalin deposits of Gazprom.<\/p>\n<p>Yuzhno-Kirinskoye included in the project to Gazprom &#8220;Sakhalin-3&#8221;. This is one of the largest deposits on the Russian shelf. The reserves of the Yuzhno-Kirinskoye amount to almost 640 billion cubic meters of gas and 97 million tons of condensate. Gazprom found on &#8220;Sakhalin-3&#8221; the largest offshore oil field in Russia. Because of this, the plant &#8220;Vladivostok LNG&#8221; can be run on years later. A year ago it was reported that the mine also found huge oil reserves of 464 million tonnes.<\/p>\n<p>The project involves the construction near Vladivostok (Primorsky Krai) of an LNG plant with a capacity of at least 15 million tons of LNG per year. The first line with a capacity of 5 million tons per year is scheduled to enter in 2018. Plant &#8220;Vladivostok LNG&#8221; focuses on the Asia-Pacific region (APR).<\/p>\n<p>Gazprom and Shell are planning to build the third phase of the LNG plant on Sakhalin island in the framework of the project &#8220;Sakhalin-2&#8221;, which is being developed under the agreement on section of production. In June, Gazprom announced that gas in the Yuzhno-Kirinskoye will go to the loading of the third phase of the enterprise. The company also allowed the construction of the fourth stage of the plant.<\/p>\n<p>Gazprom is one of the largest oil and gas companies, gas transportation and gas monopoly in Russia.
