\"\"February prices of low-pressure polyethylene film (HDPE) in Saudi Arabia rose by USD70 per tonne on the back of a continuing limited supply and recent price increases in China, ICIS reported citing market participants.<\/p>\n

A large regional producer in the country announced the February prices of film HDPE at USD1,240 per tonne, DEL Saudi Arabia (for cash) and on credit at USD1,270 per tonne, DEL Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

Proposals from the seller increased by USD70 per tonne compared to the price level in January, which was supported by constantly high import prices in China.<\/p>\n

Other suppliers planning to announce prices for February this week also announce a significant price increase on the background of limited stock of material.<\/p>\n

As of January 26, prices of film HDPE in Saudi Arabia were USD1,130-1,200 per tonne, DEL Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n
