Earlier it was noted that the contract price of propylene in Europe for July supplies was finally agreed at the level of EUR790 per tonne, which is EUR50 per ton lower compared to the level of June.<\/p>\n
Propylene is the main raw material component for the production of polypropylene (PP).<\/p>\n
According to DataScope of the company MRC, the total volume of imports of PP to Russia in the first six months of 2017 decreased by 5% compared to the same period in 2016 and amounted to 75.9 thousand tons.
