Now there is a preparation area. Construction will take place before the end of 2018 &#8211; beginning of 2019. The first products will appear in 2019 &#8220;, &#8211; he said.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, the volume of investments in the first phase of construction was 4.5 billion rubles.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Our company was established in 1968 in France. Now, there are 23 plants around the world: in the US, China, and France. And now we are developing in Russia &#8220;, &#8211; said Mr. Bueraua.<\/p>\n<p>He noted that the company has three main business areas: oil, water treatment and agriculture.<\/p>\n<p>Representative of SNF, Mr. Jean-Marie Fouquet, in turn, presented the products \u00abAquasorb\u00bb and \u00abFlobond\u00bb, and described the experience of their implementation. He noted that the development of polymers for agriculture opens up new ways to increase yield stability in dryland areas.<\/p>\n<p>According to SNF strategy work is done directly with the farmers: Select an area that suffers from lack of water and stored in climate risk, and technical support provided for the correct application of the product. The company also provides customers with the necessary devices and equipment and conducting tests representative of the main crops of the region.<\/p>\n<p>Absorbent \u00abAquasorb\u00bb has a water-holding capacity, 400 times the mass ratio. In contact with water it swells, becoming a hydrogel. During the presentation, Mr. Jean-Marie Fouquet demonstrated this property by using the pellets and ordinary water, which when mixed become a hydrogel.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The use of the polymer is insurance against drought,&#8221; &#8211; he said.<\/p>\n<p>The main effect of the use of \u00abAquasorb\u00bb is to increase the density of plantation culture due to the higher humidity near the root system. During cropping gel acts as a buffer against the impact of drought or water shortages. On average, according to Mr. Fouquet, productivity increased by 15-20 percent.<\/p>\n<p>During the presentation the results of \u00abAquasorb\u00bb in large-scale agricultural production in 2016 in Voronezh (soybeans) and Stavropol (sunflower). According to the diagrams to be seen an increase in productivity.<\/p>\n<p>In forestry, according to Mr. Fouquet, \u00abAquasorb\u00bb is needed to improve the survival of seedlings, the better development of the root system and the possibility of landing in the dry season.<\/p>\n<p>In the second part of the presentation, Mr. Fouquet talked about the features \u00abFlobond\u00bb product that is developed soil and water. It stabilizes soil aggregates using flocculation and high molecular weight increases the viscosity of water. However, the polymers can not be used in conjunction with fertilizers or pesticides because of the risk of clogging.<\/p>\n<p>According to the results of tests \u00abFlobond\u00bb in Russia and Ukraine it was marked improvement in the yield in field crops by more than 25 percent. Also, the volume was reduced water consumption by 20 percent.<\/p>\n<p>During the discussion, the presentation was asked whether the increase in pays for the cost of crop production itself.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The cost of production is about 3.5 euros per kilogram. This is the maximum price.
