Among the areas of application &#8211; injection molding for cold and hot runner technology, compounding, extrusion and extrusion blow molding multi-layer films. Ramclean\u00ae accelerates change of material and color, removes contamination caused by the equipment, and reduces the formation of bands, thereby maintaining stable production processes. So, a full cleaning cycle with the release of 5-layer blown film required 100 kg of LDPE and 60 minutes. Application 600 Ramclean\u00ae cleaning granulate thus reducing the value of up to 4 kg and 30 min. In the process of injection molding with a color change from dark red to neutral it was used 650 g unfilled PP, while cleaning took about half an hour.
