According to the Chairman of the Ukrainian ecological League Tatiana Timochko, the Ukrainian legislation does not encourage the utilization of poisonous substances, and the Ministry of environment issues licenses “to firms-butterflies”, which do not have the technical capability to dispose of hazardous substances.<\/p>\n
