Thus, the November contract and spot prices of the following brands have been raised as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; To mark STYRON general purpose polystyrene (PSS \/ M) &#8211; to EUR50 per tonne.<br \/>\n&#8211; On the brand MAGNUM ABS &#8211; to EUR50 per tonne;<br \/>\n&#8211; To mark TYRIL SAN &#8211; at EUR45 per tonne.<\/p>\n<p>As reported by the MRC, Trinseo last increased prices on all brands of PS and ABS and SAN in Europe in September this year, as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; To mark STYRON MSS \/ M and on the brand and STYRON STYRON-TECH high-impact polystyrene (HIPS \/ M) &#8211; to EUR25 per tonne.<br \/>\n&#8211; On the brand MAGNUM ABS and SAN TYRIL mark &#8211; to EUR20 per tonne.<\/p>\n<p>According to the price review ICIS-MRC, PS prices in the spot market in Russia are growing in connection with the situation in the styrene market. Market players noted an increase in the purchase price of styrene in Russia (in connection with the monomer production stoppage at the facilities of the plant Sibur-Khimprom) and foreign markets (Europe and Asia). styrene price increase will significantly affect the cost of production of polystyrene. In turn, polymer producers will revise prices upwards, said a source on the market.<\/p>\n<p>Trinseo (formerly Styron), headquartered in Horgenge, Switzerland, is the largest European producer of polystyrene, emulsion polymers, polycarbonate, and synthetic rubbers.
