The July contract price of propylene in Europe was agreed at the level of June, as a result, European producers announced the prolongation of June export prices for supplies to the markets of the CIS countries in July, according to the Price Review of ICIS-MRC.

Negotiations on the July level of European PP prices began this week, and the deals are quite active. All market participants note the preservation of June export prices for propylene polymers from all manufacturers for July supplies.

Transactions in respect of July supplies of PP homo are discussed in the EUR1 190-1 245 per tonne range, FCA, which corresponds to the June deals. Some manufacturers retain temporary restrictions on the export of injection PP homo, which will be resolved after July 20th.

Transactions on supplies of propylene block copolymers (PP block) are discussed in the EUR1 240-1 300 per tonne range, FCA.
