The EBRD will provide 35 million euros for the construction of the plant. The municipal enterprise “Green City” announced on June 8 a tender for the construction of a complex for the processing of solid household waste. The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development allocates 35 million euros for the construction of the plant.

According to the announced qualification requirements, the applicant must have an average annual turnover for the last three years of at least 38 million euros, writes the PEOPLE’S TRUTH with reference to 24tv.

The applicant’s portfolio should consist of not less than two successfully implemented projects corresponding to the subject of the tender. Projects should be implemented within the last seven years, and the amount of each of them must reach at least 11 million euros each.

It is noted that the applicant must have a proven experience in designing, building similar complexes and supplying equipment over the past 10 years. It also requires a confirmed fact of operation of the analogous complex constructed by the applicant, as the general contractor, within three years after the end of the warranty period.

The applicant must provide proof of the availability of necessary personnel and technical equipment.

The deadline for receipt of documents is July 9, 2018.

Already in August, the procedure for retraining should end, after which the bulk of the tender will begin.

The winner of the tender for the construction of a garbage recycling plant in Lviv will be announced in October.
